Group Classes
A whole-body Pilates class that emphasizes a strong, supple centre and fluid, connected movement. Through breath awareness, alignment, and mindful precision, we explore Pilates fundamentals, classical exercises, nervous system reset techniques and thoughtful sequencing to support ease, posture, and natural strength in the body. Props such as balls, bolsters, resistance bands, and your own body are used to deepen awareness and support all levels.
